Returns & Exchanges

Due to the singular nature of the jewelry, returns aren’t accepted unless someone is entirely dissatisfied with the order. Exchanges are accepted on non-customized items.

If a custom piece isn’t as you please, then it can be modified or re-done, though photos are sent along the design process to ensure it’s to your liking prior to shipment.
